Black stained wood table and leather chairs

I do not know anything about this table except I love it, stamp image is off the internet since I could not get decent photo.Table has extra leaf for expansion. Wood is heavy and stained black. Inspection paper stamp was underneath seat of the chairs from New York department of bedding. Chairs covered in orange leather with upholstery tacks. Hardware underneath table appears older and original and it doesn't appear to have had any work done do it or any upholstery repair, it is is good condition with no tears. Any guesses on when or where it was made? What style is it in? Since black stain I cannot determine what wood it is made out of.
