Hi- I've acquired this Liberty of London UK writing desk. I think its Mahogany?
It has the enamelled Liberty label in the centre drawer. I also found under the badly damaged felt on the writing part, an inscription of GW 1921 written in pencil. Any ideas? I've found a George Walton who designed for Liberty around that time? It also has a code underneath of 3693-G. What does this mean does anyone have any idea? I can't find anything at all similar on the internet.
