I found this clock at a flea market about 12 years ago. You can see the 1903 date on the clock movement. The dial looks as if it has been replaced some time ago. The clock is still in good working order.

Hey olegaclockman47. I was just trying to catch up and found your post for this clock today. Nice clock, very clean and well cared for... inside and out! :)

I have a clock with similar ?faceplate? and the filigrii, but it is gold and silver. The numbers look printed on paper behind this filigrii. Is that standard? I have a partial paper tag on back. I can make out John Gately Co. and branches. 21 La Salle Chicago, IL. I don't know the date though. It also looks as though some filigrii has been taken off from the outside of the clock and never put back on. I don't know why someone would do that?
