    katherines…

So these four glasses have been in the family since the dawn of time, lol, but the strange thing is I can't find the pattern anywhere. They look familiar and there are lots of glasses with daisies but not these particular daisies, of which the dark ones are textured. I did several searches on different sites, besides the usual Google. One seller has two different pitchers in this pattern, one amber one blue, listed as Anchor Hocking Finlandia Misty Daisy, but I can't find anything to support that claim. Does anyone know who these may be made by? Thanks for looking.

Is there any thing on the bottom? That looks like a squiggle or something? As I was thinking maybe LIBBEY GLASS ?? Just a guess as they make stuff like that, and I think that shape.....???

Thanks, Rose, and notice the shape in the first link is same or similar to the Finlandia in TallCakes' link, which is probably a fairly common shape in that era. So it's the decor I've been searching out, and can't find. I did try Libbey, and Anchor Hocking, no joy. Thanks for looking, greatly appreciated! :)

Oh and sorry, Rose, I didn't answer your first question, as to marks, nothing, the base is perfectly clear and smooth, which is why I didn't post a picture, nothing there to see.

      Great title,

Katherine, I looked at tumblers ALL DAY yesterday and came up with zilch. (Of course, if you track my posts, you will see that's par for the course for me when I research glass LOL). I was drawn to the Libbey Camelia, I guess because of the solid print/skeleton print of the flowers; but still, no match. Glass solving is maddening!

Thanks for the love, racer4four, Gruff, and brunswick. :)

Gruff, thank you, the glasses seem as if they ought to have been in everyone's house during that era. :)

MFT, thanks so much for your efforts, I also spent hours looking, for something that seemingly should be very easy to find! Glass mysteries can be maddening, lol. :)
