I spotted this beautiful print at a second hand shop that I don't go to very often, so quickly plunked down $3.5o for the privilege of taking her home. Those tiny white spots on her hair are flakes of paper, so I will have to remove the backing to clean it. The frame is older, gesso & gilt or gold leaf on wood, which improves it's appeal. No clue to the age of the print. There was a label on the back of the frame which has since deteriorated/fallen off.
I've seen this print listed as "The Dream Girl", even though on the bottom of my particular print it says "Only A Rose". No references to that title found yet.
She's going to live in my 1950s/1960s room.
Thanks for looking, CW friends!

mp.kunst - thanks, I have already seen that on 1stDibs. I think the asking price is this side of delirious, though.
~ ROSE ~ here loves it too
antiquerose - she is quite lovely! I just wish I could find a correlation with the "Only A Rose" and other prints of her.
