Santas Boot. Who made and when?

This Santa's boot is 28" tall and 22" across by 11" deep. These are approximate measurements. I'm unsure of its composition. It might be an old form of heavy plastic or a resin.
I was not able to find any information on copyright AAA. The American Automobile Associan is all I found. I'm not sure if the made Christmas decorations. Thank you for looking.
