I have a modest collection of religious articles, most of which are crosses. I've never seen one of these, so I did a bit of looking around on the net before finally finding out what it represents. This cross is the only one that has the rings more or less "standing up" on the cross rather than flat. The folks I bought this from get all sorts of jewelry from all sorts of places, so no telling where it came from. No hallmarks to speak of aside from a very small "ZII" for .835 silver.

Two bands intertwined on a cross, could be a Cana (wedding) cross.

NevadaBlades - I have all sorts of funky crosses....it's interesting to me that human primates make up symbols and then attach meanings to them.
