I have a Franklin D. Roosevelt picture that I got from an old Missouri scrap book....It has 2 maker marks, one on the left side of the picture and another below the tittle. Inside a diamond shaped boarder on the pictures left side it says " IPEU 125 ". Unfortunately, I can not make out the printers mark below the title, but it ends with a circled "49". The poster also has what appears to be a library stamp....I think it reads top and bottom " Union No 16 " and the initials on the inside of the spooked symbol says "BPBDIA" (I am unsure about the order)

Wondering if this is a period ELECTION POSTER OR SOMTHING ELSE???

    Thanks for your time
