Jeanette Double Branch Candle Holder

I picked this up today. It appears to be a double branch candle holder by Jeanette in the ultra marine color. The pattern may Swirl, which was made in 1937-1938, but I am unsure. It slightly reacts to UV light and faintly glows but not enough to get a picture. There is definitely a swirl going on in the top of the holders but the rest of the piece just doesn't match to me. But who knows!
