      Interesting!!!

Lots and lots of Taxco stuff on the web.

      Maybe from Taxco Mexico.

Maybe they held jewelry for display???

      That's my best thinking.

Not one single clue. I have seen a great deal of Taxco silver over the years, but nothing like these. If I could make out the name of the silversmith on there I might be able to help more.

Efesgirl, the 5 small ones all say Alpaca, the 5 bigger ones all are stamped
      ( sterling TA 925 Taxco ).

I would guess some sort of serving sets, five each, and each different, so maybe meant to serve a small animal to each guest at table, Cornish hens perhaps?

      katherine, great guess.

I can tell you that these were made after 1980. The "T"stands for Taxco and the A is the initial of the silversmith. These are pitchforks used for Hors d'oeuvres. Here are some more, different silversmith:

I think these are for wearing on your fingers and gesticulating at unlikeable dinner guests......closely.

      ROFL@Karen!!! :))

Well Bonnie since they are attributed then I guess we have to believe these are hors d'oeuvres, but seriously, those are some awfully huge pitchforks for dainty snacks. Watch out you don't sit on one!! :P

Thanks Efesgirl and katherine. I found some they said sai corn cob holders.

billy - corn cob holders makes much more sense! I only found the ones listed as hors d'oeuvres servers. A bit dangerous for that. :-))
