I got these today at the swap meet. They are sterling silver somethings, Are these for eating or catching small sea animals or what ?
They are about 3" to 3 1/2" in length
I have never seen anything like before, has anyone ?

Not one single clue. I have seen a great deal of Taxco silver over the years, but nothing like these. If I could make out the name of the silversmith on there I might be able to help more.
Efesgirl, the 5 small ones all say Alpaca, the 5 bigger ones all are stamped
( sterling TA 925 Taxco ).
I would guess some sort of serving sets, five each, and each different, so maybe meant to serve a small animal to each guest at table, Cornish hens perhaps?

I can tell you that these were made after 1980. The "T"stands for Taxco and the A is the initial of the silversmith. These are pitchforks used for Hors d'oeuvres. Here are some more, different silversmith:

Well Bonnie since they are attributed then I guess we have to believe these are hors d'oeuvres, but seriously, those are some awfully huge pitchforks for dainty snacks. Watch out you don't sit on one!! :P

billy - corn cob holders makes much more sense! I only found the ones listed as hors d'oeuvres servers. A bit dangerous for that. :-))
