Rare Antique Signed Ouachita Pottery

I bought this pottery years ago while going thur some totes I came across it again,look like it was made out of some type of clay,the name on the front look like Ouachita and signed on reverse side with intials,I believe it's from Ark I would really love some information,anybody know about this type pottery and the name,I searched bit don't see the piece I got.
