Does anyone know the purpose of this item? The dimensions are 9"x6"x12", and it is made of wood. I found it at an estate sale. My daughter works for Coke and I thought it would be an interesting piece for her desk with a bottle of Coke inside. I wondered why the wheels are vertical and what it's original purpose might have been. Also, does anyone know how old it might be? Any help will be appreciated.

Don't think it is made to roll up walls. Put the wheels down & maybe a push cart. Of course there is no indication of size.

It's a homemade scooter. Wheels down. I think I saw one used while watching the 'Little Rascals'. Cool.

Thank you so much for solving my question. It does look better with the wheels on the ground as a "crate scooter". I found a picture with a doll "Danny" on the scooter, also explaining the rubber band supports on the handles and the flat board to hold the doll!

This looks like a fairly new project or maybe short production run. Not made by kids. No "Reg." either.
