I purchased these beautiful little matryoshka doll sets today!!
These dolls are about 4-5 inches in height and are definitely from an error long since passed they are very old and delicate i believe the older of the two sets is to be from pre World War one and the other is approx 1950s and so i was wondering if anyone could give me a little more info about them one of them has a definite but very degraded stamp on the base but the other does not appear to have a stamp or anything to identify it.

sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet dolls. where did you find them???? i need to go shopping with you.

the set of a girl holding a cup looks to be from the late 20s/early 30s. is there a stamp or something on the bottom of main doll?

the other set is more traditional style you see. age could be 50s but, maybe more like 60s-70s.

collecting them is fun and so addictive. like learning about their origin :)
