Hi there:
This is a Lamp that was my Grandma. It is quite large and everything is original to it from the day. In working order, and I still use today in my bedroom. Only have the one as I do not know what happened to the other after she moved from her home and has now passed on. Hope you enjoy !!!
I will take a look again to see if anything on it anywhere........

I too have moms crystal lamps but they came without shades. As soon as I saw yours, I recognized those shades as being same as were on mine! Wonderful to see.
