Belleek Shamrock sugar bowl - 3rd black mark

This item I picked up yesterday along with my mustache cup and saucer. This was part of a 3 sugar bowl and one creamer lot - all 3rd black marks.

The mark puts the production date between 1926 - 1946. The shamrocks are all the same color on this piece with the stem being a goldish brown color. The back design is basket weave. The rim is brown.

The bottom on this piece is mostly glazed with the stamp applied on top of it. I'm not sure if that is specific to the period since my 2nd mark and many of the later pieces I've had have had unglazed bottoms.
