    I think It was made in Germany, but I don't know anything about sewing machines. Could someone tell me some more details about it? I have no more details.

      Although Adler is a German company this machine, known as the Belvedere, was actually made in Japan by Sanshin.
      Still a great, robust machine, and will probably sew better than most modern machines with nylon gears and plain bearings.

      Do you know how to use it? I cannot figure out the settings for a straight stitch.

      I have this sewing machine and it is still in good condition. I received it as a high school graduation gift from my parents in 1967! My problem is that the belt broke and I have been unable to find a replacement.
      If anyone has any information about where to get a belt, I would certainly appreciate it.
