Loetz Candia "Phänomen Genre 6893" Vase. 5.5" tall. PN I-7585. Circa 1898.

Yet another Loetz Phänomen Genre 6893 vase added to my collection. This one has a Candia ground. PG 6893 is identified by threads drawn into a wave pattern in a mold (often a 16 part ribbed mold) giving the pattern its distinct ribbed appearance. Fire polished rim with a ground and polished pontil. 5.5" tall. 2.5" across base. 3.25" across top rim. PN I-7585. Circa 1898. My goal is to add one of each color in this decor to my collection. Fingers crossed!
