    I just picked this one up from the original owner. This Chief Scooting Star was made by Precision Wheel Goods. I'm not sure how long these were made but this one is from late 30-early 40's.

      My friends grandpa designed and built these after the war ended. That dates them to mid 40s to early fifties. His aunt had the first prototype which had a curved up "lip" off the back
