This clock has been in our family for at least 70 years. It still keeps good time. Its dimensions are 600mm high, 345mm wide & 120mm deep. I can find no model identification on the case,or under the face, nor can I identify the timber used for the case.

Where are you located Roy2016? Ansonia sold this model as the "King" (as Dizzydave already has pointed out), but they also sold it as the "Austral" which was exported to Australia. It came in Oak and Walnut. Yours appears to be Walnut to me but I'm no Carpenter or wood grain expert. Hope we've solved your mystery. If so, please indicate "Mystery Solved" in your listing. Thank you all. I am located in Australia so I guess the clock would have been marketed as the 'Austral" As far as the family history records the clock was probably acquired in the very early 1900s. Hopefully it is good for another 100 years.

It's in good hands so no doubt it will get a good start on that second century before you hand it down to another lucky family member! :) Thanks for sharing your Heirloom with us.
