Late Victorian Dinner Service

I have been told that this Plate is part of a late Victorian Dinner Service, My Mother recently passed at the age of 89 and left me the Service, it was never used and was referred to as Aunty Minnies, She was my Mother,s Father,s Sister. I have no other information.
