My last find is this wall plaque of Lourdes.
It is wood carving and painting handmade.
So beautiful to see.
i dont know where its made .
there is only a number on the front by the water there stands 1509
Has some one information of this number .
the number is for my a mysterie

Beautiful work! Surely made in Lourdes, or Pyrénées mountains area, as a souvenir from a pilgrimage.

What a lovely carving! This is an oldie. The number 1509 might be a date having something to do with Lourdes. I couldn't find anything, though.

These are actually poured in a mould with a resin (and wood particulate?). I have seen a few with penciled-in dates of when and where they were gotten, which, in the two dated ones I've seen, were 1951 and 1953.
1509 may be a mould number.
