(1017 items)
These items were bought together with my jeweled tiger brooch:
800 Silver Novelty Ashtray, Firenze Italy marks. Haven't found this one online yet as I don't know what that design is called. Not a walnut...lol!
Friedrich Speigel Silver w/Gold Clip Bangle, 1940s/1950s
25/000 gold and silver, and the =SP= for Freidrich Speigel.
Three Goddesses Sterling silver pendant. That one is on Amazon for the sale price of $52.95.
Sterling ring w/blue crystal No marks as the ring was sized. (Must not be silver, thought the clerk).
Sterling silver and deep blue Austrian Crystals pendant, Theodor Klotz Pforzheim TEKA 1950s.
Old (antique?) cameo set in .835 silver frame.
For the tiger brooch and all of what is pictured here, plus three silver chains, (one of which is old and has a Pat.P. stamp on the clasp)I am 20 bucks lighter.
Thanks for looking/loving, CW friends!

Good score.
Grrreeat huntress you are :-D
Do you use your loupe for shoping or only after?
When I hunted at flea markets, I was always amazed when seeing dealers/customers looking things, sold on a blanket on the ground, for one coin (francs!) with their loupe in front of the seller before buying!
kyra - I never take my loupe out in front of a seller, but I do also see people at the markets doing that!
Jedi!!
Some beautiful pieces here Bonnie.
Kyra, I like your style. Actually, when I'm looking for emeralds, I pull the lope out early & watch the cheap trays go back in the vault. Saves a lot of time that way.
blunder - don't overlook what might be on the "cheap trays". These dealers don't know it all, and sometimes a very nice piece can be found amongst the junk.
Efesgirl - I would think they close their stall when they see you coming! Sometimes I wish I was back in the U.K., many, many more places to find "things". If you don't have a car where I am you're pretty much stuck. There are one or two large outdoor antique markets that should be opening soon fairly near, but have to beg and plead for a ride!
Before children/hubby etc. I used to go all by my self nearly every Sunday. Nice vendors that you could barter with.
Sorry - I'm rambling - memories, memories.
Gillian - I spent most of my time looking through old, dusty shops in Banbury. Had myself a ball in those days - 1978 to 1981. Also went to the Oxfam in Oxford. I took a break from it for some years, went off to do other things. My son is almost 25 and I have all the time in the world now.
Sounds like a scooter would be a good solution for your transportation issue. Is that not possible?
Gillian - I'm lucky as I live in the Netherlands. Germany and Belgium are 15 minutes away. I rarely go to markets there, but will do on Sunday - big market in Belgium. I have to get up at Stupid O' Clock so I can be there before it opens at 7 a.m.(45 min drive for me).
I am so impressed. Love.
