Does anyone know if there is a matching necklace for this set? I saw the round brooch on another website and would appreciate it if someone could tell me if this info is accurate. Here it is, "Alice Joseph Vintage Swarovski Gold Plated Diamante Open Work Brooch, Blush / Aurora Borealis." I've decided to keep the set (wear for my daughter's wedding one day) and was hoping a necklace was created when these were designed. Anyone knows about the set, I'd love to know more. No listings were on EBAY (sold or unsold) to peek at. The Swarovski website only has new items and no information regarding older sets. The earrings have posts so they can't be too old. I got these in an Estate sale. I paid 100.00 for a very large box of mixed vintage costume jewelry.
There is confusion about Austrian crystals and the labeling of them as "Swarovski". Swarovski is the name of a jewelry manufacturer, not the name of the crystal used in the jewelry. Swarovski doesn't have anything to do with your particular pieces of jewelry unless these pieces have the Swarovski hallmark.
Alice Joseph does not seem to be anyone in particular, as there is not one iota of information on the web about her that I could find. I see many brands of costume jewelry accredited to this person.
Here is a webpage called Alice Joseph Vintage:
http://alicejosephvintage.com/
And a Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/AliceJosephVintage/
I hope this helps you.
Each piece has the Swan logo on them. Thanks for the link to the Alice Joseph site. I can't find anything either on them.
What else was in that mixed box of jewelry? Anything interesting or unusual?
Hi there,
My name is Erin and I own Alice Joseph Vintage - I came across this and just wanted to clear up any confusion. We source vintage costume jewellery and sell it through a UK department store and the reason why our name is accredited to so many pieces is just because of how that store titles our pieces on their website and that is how Google etc shows it - not because we claim to produce any of the jewellery. Hopefully that makes sense!
That brooch is definitely made by Swarovski but unfortunately we haven't been able to find out much information about it. If you find out anything more we would love to know!

Erin, thank you for contributing the info. It's very helpful.
Hi,
Just a suggestion. If you have a pearl necklace with one, two or more strands, there are many ways you can attach your brooch to the necklace for the wedding. This is just the results for a search on how to attach brooch to necklace:
https://www.google.ca/search?client=ubuntu&channel=fs&q=how+to+use+brooch+on+pearl+necklace&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&gfe_rd=cr&ei=Np0AV5HjHIWN8QfsqYHIDQ#channel=fs&q=multi+strand+pearl+necklace+with+brooch
As I said just a suggestion. I do wish you all the best though on your search for necklace that is a part of your set.
