2 1918 Literary Digest magazine covers make up the first two pics.
They are quite patriotic. We see a downed German fighter as a victorious allied plane soars just overhead.
Also, a French dirigible that seems to be following along with a ship-- possibly scouting out enemies and protecting it.
We see beautiful and tragic work for the poem In Flander's Fields. And we see an intense Republic Trucks ad.
In terms of war-art, WW1 is my favourite.
