My husbands great-aunt gave him this clock that has been in her attic for at least the past 40 years. It works, but other than that I have no idea what to look for when trying to value it. Any suggestions? There is one repair to the wood along the bottom (where a piece broke off and was glued back on at some point). What else should I be concerned about? Any feedback is appreciated! Thank you!

Look at this search of recent eBay Sold listings to get some idea of current market value for clocks similar to yours:
      http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=sessions%20regulator%20h%20clock&LH_Complete=1&LH_Sold=1&rt=nc&_trksid=p2045573.m1684
If you intend to operate the clock, have a clock repair person with a good reputation properly service it first.
Thanks for sharing your heirloom with us.
