Rare Isle of Wight Crizzle and Cameo Glass Perfume Bottle

Possibly a very rare Isle of Wight crizzle and cameo glass perfume bottle. Although the bottle is not signed I have been told my the kind people on the Glass Message Board it would have been a very limited edition. I have not been able to find another one after looking on the web for the last couple of weeks.
Cameo stopper decorated with 3 fish . The bottle dates to 1999/2001.
