Hi there CW gang:
This is an Art Deco Picture Frame with a WONDERFUL and BEAUTIFUL lady on her Wedding Day on August 1955. She is my *Mom*. Now I know when they got married, but I do not know if they bought the picture frame then -- but I can say that some other relatives that got married around the same time ( 1955 ) have the same frame also. There are a few of these I can recall seeing at other relative places of their wedding. So this MIGHT have even been a frame form the Photo Studio since we live in a smaller area -- a lot of the People back then used the same company.................????
As for my Mom and Dad wedding date -- I know for sure. Anyhow, thought I would post this and my Mom.

Your Mom is beautiful. The dress is unlike anything I have seen. The picture overall is your mom. She looks incredibly kind.
Hi Rose, the frame looks the same as my mother and dad's wedding photo if not identical. Instead of the blue the colour is a deep violet and was dated 1953 November.
