    This was in a weekly time book that my aunt had used back in 1964.
    I've never seen money or note, real or not, like this.
    At first I was wondering if it might be an advertisement for something loke a bank or credit union.
    The signatures and the number 6487 seem to be written with a different kind of pen which to my "untrained" eye look pretty authentic.

      In lower left corner on pic#2 is inscribed "COPY".......

      The waxy, fragile-seeming paper it's made on is an immediate give-away that it's a vintage reproduction. They were often stamped or written on the back with an advertisement or word of advice. Your Credit Union idea is quite correct. Made to look old.

      It seems your mystery has some answers, maybe you didn't tick the box "email me when someone comments on this item" to be aware when you get an answer...
