Parasol how old are you?

Hey!
This silk Parasol has some carving on the handle, which appears wood to me. I showed the fabric wearing around the center by taking a picture of it with a light behind.
It is 29" long, a little scalloped around the edge , almost ( but not quite) fringe
I believe the inside 'frame' is copper
It opens & shuts great.
My questions are:
How to describe this?
How old do any of you knowledgeable people say this is?
The wearing has a lot to do with the re-sale I would think. Agree?
