This was suppose to be an artwork by J.V.D. Delsenbach of Amsterdam but on the bottom left hand corner in the dark area, there is a different name and a different date 1253 or 1653 (one of these). I found this while treasure hunting about three years ago. I have yet to get it appraised because I am poor. I accept donations!! Just kidding.
I truly don't believe that a printer can print this out in terms of how old and brittle the paper is because I tried to take it out of the frame and as soon as I touched the paper it tore on the top left just a little bit. I don't think someone would just print something out like this and frame it with famous artist and take a pencil and write their name with a date couple hundred years back and show it off to their friends and have a good laugh.
This artwork is made by Jacob van der Ulft (1621-1688) in 1653. I can not see if this is an original print from 1653.
O forget.
