    Found today in a UK boot sale. A tiny silver napkin holder, just 5 cm long and it can be locked so the spoon ends clasp the material. First one I've ever seen and I loved it

      In Britain we have England, Scotland, Wales and Northen Ireland. So while I wouldn't say English I would say its British.
