I like amber, so when I saw this on, I could not resist.
The ring is relatively large. I am sure it is silver but it is not marked as such. There is, however, a small mark with the initials of the maker. It is hard to read and I am not sure what is up and what is down. Depending how you look, it could be J N or A N. The problem is also that the letter N is clearly marked but the second letter appears to be incomplete.
Thanks for looking:)
The best way to dress up amber is not at all. A clean, simple setting and a beautiful piece of amber.
Well said, Efesgirl. I think this simple setting makes the amber stand out, doesn't it?
Yummy ring! Perfect setting for a beautiful amber cab :-)
Thanks, kyratango:)
Hello Freiheit, I apologize if I offend and I know this is not the purpose of the site but have seen contrary evidence so I am going for it because it is important to me. It seems like you may have a bracelet similar to the one valentino97, posted 1 month ago. If you would happen to be interested in selling (or trading) I would be forever greatful. my email is timecapsuleforsale (at) gmail.com. Thank you so much.
Hi, hopeful, I don't have the bracelet, I have the brooch: http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/184089-vintage-mexican-brooch-with-eagle-mark
Sorry, I cannot help you. Good luck with your search:)
Yes, absolutely. The eye is drawn directly to the amber instead of the setting.
