One is quite special but a Pair is much more spectacular especially when it's a pair of Welz or Kralik, I think, Confetti spatter vases. These tall conical vases have an overall layer, even the under-bases, of spatter with an inner black amethyst layer and are marked CZECHOSLOVAKIA in a straight line format underneath. They measure 6 1/8" tall with a 2 3/4" diameter rim and a 3" base. I haven't seen any others like them but since I'm still a "newbee" in the Bohemian Glass department, I might be wrong and there might be lots around. I hope you enjoy them, RER(BOB)
WOW is not a word good enough to describe it.
Thank you welzebub, swfinluv1, blunderbuss2, NevadaBlades, SpiritBear, Mikelv85, racer4four, Alan2310 and AnneLanders for the loves. RER(Bob)
Thanks rucklglass for the input. I agree that Confetti would be more accurate in the treatment description and I have added Kralik as a possible maker. RER(BOB)

Thanks, Done!
I learn a lot from your posts, the shape is not significant and the mark (straight line) is getting more ambiguous in my mind. I would look at the finer details like the ground rim, is the base color black, purple-black...(in Welz the base is licorice Black). The fact that it is uncased and textured is also important. Although this is still technically Kralik to me, it is more important what "type" it is. I would say it is related to the uncased confetti with leaf or arm applications- they are sometimes embossed Czechoslovakia on the base
very indeed so dramatic rer bob
a definite pleasure to view

Thanks Jericho! The mark unlike other Kralik marks has a ground-like feel instead of an acid-treatment like many. Thank you MALKEY for your comments and love. Bob
