It seems like all one-time posters, all of a sudden, are just showing 1 pic of what they want identified ! You can poste 4 (FOUR!) pix.

Blunder I'm sorry I'm not up to your edicate. I only took one picture of the unknown tool. I'm not going to ride all the way back to Santee South Carolina that is about 120 miles away from me and take another picture of the tool just to satisfy you.

Lighten up, guys. Bb2 is in the Dutch Antilles so he probably doesn’t know that “craker barel” (sic) is a restaurant chain and that they decorate by hanging this kind of stuff on the walls; and Jeff, it would help to have a little more information. It looks handmade so sleuthing out its function requires as much data as we can get. For example: how big is it? Is there anything on the back side that we can’t see?
S.W.A.G.: From what I can see it looks like a trolley for use on a wire or cable stretched between two points. I’ve seen things like this used by women who hang their laundry outdoors to dry. The bag of clothes pins is hooked on the trolley and pushed ahead of where the wash is being hung and that way the pins are always handy.

By the pencil marks, it is obviously a 1 of a kind. Jeff. You can fly ! LOL !
