Please Help me confirm with this piece is. Is it a car hauler? Is it a piece of a scale? Or is it some other type of farming device?

Well If it was something great I would sell it.
If it's really a car haulerI don't know what I'll do with it it has some funny looking Clips on it though I don't see how it would really have a car.
Yes I know it's not for sale on this site I was just trying to identify it on this site.You ask me What was I planning to use that for And that was my response.
Lol I have a couple houses I don't have a garden. I'd like a garden But no I don't think I would want to put that in my garden.
