      It's not a drawing.

      Your print has been cut down and shaped into an oval, so the artist's name has been cut off. Probably printed +/- 1920s.

      Saint Cecilia print of painting by Gustav Naujok, black and white, of a painting originally done in 1891 by Gustav Naujok, a 19th Century German painter, of Saint Cecilia. St. Cecilia is the patron Saint of Musicians.
