The doll in the middle of the photo of the 3 dolls is a 1940/50s English Palitoy "teddy doll"and these dolls are made with a flanged neck or shoulder plate and a cloth body.
The other doll is a 1930s Japanese celluloid"baby blue eyes junior"by Fairylite he has lost some of his patina on his plastic but this is common for this particular brand of celluoid doll.
He has striking blue eyes hence the name baby blue eyes.
