I love polka dots - could a pattern be much better? OK, maybe paisley.
Although this vase isn't truly polka dots it's still nicely spotted.
Rich red ground, whitish spots, squeezed neck (murderous) and a thinnish clear casing.
It is from Multi (Marti) glass and looking at the box, early 60s.
24cm (10in)
Nice Score !!
Beautiful and red always gets my vote....plus you gotta love a vase that comes in it's own footlocker...lol :)
Love polka dots, too. I remember my mother had a blue dress with white polka dots, way back in the 1950s, shortly after coming here to America from Japan. [;>)
Thanks Rose!
Mike - a footlocker of course! Ta.

Red always is a sock it to me colour I agree Sean and Kyra. Thanks for the love.
Clever of you Anne to pick up on the green - the tinge is barely there. Thanks :)
Bright and beautiful......but those dimples, oooooer!
do I get a prize Karen?
Anne of course!.....only prize available is my undying admiration and respect :)
Thanks Peggy - a dimple or two improves the attraction of most things!
Hee hee, I have to giggle a little at your opening post. Polka dots, paisley ... I can't ever choose what I like best, either!!! I love too many things!!!
Anyway, this is a lovely vase, that bit of greenish in the dots is so perfect, love the shape and colors, and that box, wow. Thanks for sharing this! :)
Glad you like it Katherine!
