This bracelet is hand forged in a solid white metal,I am not sure if it is nickle or chrome plated. The links are forged with an s shape that extends down into a seal shaped fob or at least that is what I believe it to be.Each one of these links is stamped with a very stylised w and has a fold over clasp.
I think it is from the 1920s? or it could be a 1940s modernist piece as it has that straight line and curved look to it,but to me I think it also has a steampunk vibe to it!

Very clever design, from horse shoe nails! You may have it tested for silver...

Similar here, but yours seems older:

      The W may be a maker's mark :-)

Thank-you kyra for solving this one for me!!:)I was very puzzled with this bracelet, now I know what it is!

      You're welcome :-)
For me the W stamp tells it is a rather soft metal, so test it for it is maybe silver...

rucklczglass-Thank-you very much :)!That is an interesting lead as I do feel it is from the era of the 1920s thru to the 40s and your information definitly correlates to my initial feeling about this piece.
I will try to research as much information on this interesting artist.

rucklczglass-my internet research skills are seriously lacking as well!
This is another reason I enjoy cw I have learned so much from others here:)
Also I really appreciate your interest and imput with this piece because it has helped and encouraged others(especially kyratango) to solve this puzzle which was quite perplexing.
