Pebble-Ford Kentucky Bourbon bottle with complete front and back labels and its original glass stopper with cork o-ring .
Rear label says it was bottled under a March 3, 1897 Congressional bond, and made prior to Jan. 1917, for "Medicinal Purposes Only". Can anybody estimate the date it was actually bottled ???
Thanks for your time
Yup. Prohibition medicine. Always a fun thing.
If it had the Federal Law Prohibits Resale or Reuse of This Bottle on the glass, it would be between post-Prohibition to the 1960s. After that there's usually a zip-code. That and if the top doesn't have the bottle seams going all the way up is a way to usually tell if it's before Prohibition or not.
