My mother loaned $100.00 to a lady years ago and the lady gave her, her grandmothers sewing machine to hold until the money was repaid. That was almost 20 years ago. After a year, my mother gave the machine to me. The machine works. The cabinet is in excellent condition. All of the original paperwork is there as well as all of the bobbins, a handmade pin cushion and metal New Home box full of accessories. The cabinet appears to be oak.
That is a beautiful machine and a beautiful case. And a very interesting case too, not the usual Singer style case.
It is a beautiful piece of furniture. The thought and work in the cabinet are great.
Lovely enamel work on the machine, and I am happy to hear it works!

I bought a machine like this. My cabinet is different. Do you have a manual for it? That is what I'm missing and would like to use this machine. I really love it.
