I found these small glass plates in the charity shop. It seems to me they are vintage - just too many small scratches and use marks. I think the pattern is lovely - the birds in middle of the plate looks like they had been cut out, while the décor on the rim is moulded. I don't know much about glass manufacturing methods and styles, so if anyone can add some info I would be grateful.
Thank you Aura and Brunswick xxx

These are lovely. There is two possibilities here Martika.
1. The plate was moulded just with the edge pattern and the birds were later intaglio cut.
2. It all was moulded . This is more likely for a set as post moulding cutting is expensive. The mould section for the intaglio birds would have been very detailed and precise; the softer edge moulding would have required less work.
Thank you Nevada and Racer. The edges of the pattern (on the bottom of the plates) are very sharp, but those birds look on all plates the same, so I can't rule out any possibilities.
Update : I just learned these plates were made possibly by Hoffmann, the Czech glass maker, in the early 20th century. I did find two small bowls with the same pattern on Pinterest attributed to him:
