Hi there, I got this figurine 20 years ago from a dear friend from China, I always think is a unique piece of art. I don't know nothing about it.
Hope you can help me to find Some clues with your antiques expertise.

This is not ivory, it's molded composition/resin over a metal base. It's a snuff bottle, and if it isn't broken off should have a small spoon in the stopper. The mark on the bottom reads right to left: Qianlong Period Made. The Qianlong period lasted from 1736 to 1795 in the Qing dynasty, but this is a 20th century piece.
