I found these tiny earrings in the charity shop for a pound. I think they are silver and lapis. The hook wires are bit bended, but this doesn't matter to me. I would like to know more about their age, is it possible, they are old? I tried to look up the types of earrings, and what I found it isn't conclusive. There is a 925 stamp, nothing else. I read the jewellers started to use this mark in the late 19th century. This hook type was used in the same time as well but I suppose they are still in use? I'm not a jewellery person.
Those are beautiful. It is difficult to say what the age is, because this style of hook has been used for many years. I also have a pair of earrings made in nearly the same manner as yours.
Thank you Efesgirl and Valentino97, Mikelv85 and NevadaBlades for your comments/luvs. xxx
