Got this for free at an estate sale, was wondering if anyone had information as where it may have came from or who made it. I have two tops, similar but different. No clear markings or stamps that I can find. Bottom looks to be have redone with green felt. Previous owner claimed it to be a Tiffany lamp, but I'm fairly skeptical on the matter since I know nothing about it.
