I found this today in one of the thrift shops which recently hired an "expert" to examine donated jewelry. Fat lot of good their big spyglass did, since that person couldn't find the stamp, lol! If the stamp had been spotted, then this necklace would've been priced up to 20 (or more!) bucks.
This necklace looks like silver and feels like silver. It is 2 feet in total length and marked "835" on the clasp. Granted, the mark is very rubbed but still there. It looks like silver and feels like silver. I have never seen a chain with this kind of linkage design. Nearly looks like tire tread. Maybe one of you out there in CW Land can clue me in.
Thanks for looking/loving, friends.

Don't you just love it when you find a treasure missed by everyone else, and it's not just a lucky find ~ you KNOW! But then, in your case, that's par for the course. [;>))))))
Thanks so much for the comments, Ken and Nevada :))) I get a sense of accomplishment (lol) when a business which became sooo diligent in a particular area falls down on the job. Hee hee...and there will be a "next time", too.
Dito!! I'm glad you do because it makes me feel better when someone can. LOL
Victory!!
