      Looks to be bone with black beads. Woman with hands up and breast clearly shown with a spiral over belly. Fertility necklace!

      This is a goddess/fertility symbol necklace. Carved bone and what looks like onyx beads. Do the beads feel cold against your cheek? If so, then they're made of stone.
