An unnamed lady by an as yet unnamed artist. Nothing yet on an artist with the initials AR.
I haven't managed to find anything much on the web other than J. Littauer Kunst-Salon in Munich existed from the 1890s to the 1950s. I attempted to look up printing techniques, but didn't find anything that would tell me when this print was made. An image search of the print turned up zero. Varied searches for the shop didn't give up much info, either. The label has a 1920a/1930s look to it.
I hope somebody here knows about printing techniques and can help to date this print.

The dots indicate at least the print isn't 19th century.
kyra - thanks for that, I knew it wasn't 19th century - too much to hope for, lol!
