I picked this up for $2 at Urban Ore today. it was completely covered in black gunk and crust from being used under a plant. i thought it was a nice piece though and scrubbed away. underneath it says 'Monterey Jade'. It's a large charger 14 inches across. sadly, it's chipped.

Sadly it's chipped.
Like many old, rusted and tarnished knives, when the rust and tarnish have been removed, sadly they're pitted. : (
